Narimane Segueni obtained her PhD and HU (Habilitation Universitaire) in Pharmacochemistry at the University Constantine 1. Constantine. Algeria. She is associate professor in pharmacochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine. University Salah Boubnider Constantine 3. Constantine. Algeria.

Her research interest is focused on apitherapy. She is investigated in many researches related to Algerian propolis with a special interest on pharmacological properties, toxicological investigation, chemical composition and botanical origin.
