Dr. Anna Kurek-Górecka is a pharmacist and the member of the Polish Pharmaceutical Society and Australian Apitherapy Association.
Dr Kurek-Górecka specializes in the area of: the antioxidant activity of propolis; the possibility of use propolis in dentistry; the application of bee products in food and pharmaceutical industry, comparison of propolis composition and biological activity depending on the geographical region of collection and the plant sources. Publications include: bee products in skin care, bee venom in wound healing, chemical composition of propolis from different geographical regions, influence of propolis and polyphenols on dental plaque reduction.
