The areas of scientific activity concern: research on compounds of natural and synthetic origin which act as immunomodulators (e.g. flavonoids, cinnamic acid derivatives, ethanol extract of propolis - EEP), their antimicrobial and antitumor properties, activity of neutrophils and macrophages, free radical reactions in biological systems, the state of the immune system in diseases and photodynamic therapy in laboratory conditions.
