Dr. Ulaş Acaröz graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. During her undergraduate education, he visited the Vienna Veterinary University within the scope of Erasmus Learning Mobility for one year. He completed his doctoral education at Ludwig Maximilian University in Germany. He is working at the Department of Food Hygiene and Technology, Veterinary Faculty, Afyon Kocatepe University, Turkey as Assoc. Prof. Dr. He has participated in 38 research projects and has 35 papers, 33 congress presentations and 3 book chapters. He has organized International Congress on Bee Sciences (Icbees) and established Beekeeping and bee products association.
